Nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, this park is known for its striking soda lake, lush forests, and diverse wildlife. Keep an eye out for the famous tree-climbing lions, large elephant herds, and vibrant flamingo populations that inhabit the lake’s alkaline waters.

En route, you have the option to visit Olduvai Gorge, a significant archaeological site where fossils of early human ancestors were discovered. Arrive at Ngorongoro in the late afternoon and settle into your campsite for a well-deserved rest.

After an early breakfast, descend over 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive.
