  4. 4Confirm and travelWhen you are happy, you secure your dates with a deposit (see payment terms below). We meet you on arrival.

Payment terms

Private safaris40% deposit when you confirm your booking. The balance is due two weeks before your safari starts.
Kenya group joining safaris30% deposit when you confirm your booking. The balance is paid on the day of the safari, in cash or by card.
Children: Under 4 years: free · 4–7 years: 50% of the adult price · 8–13 years: 70% of the adult price · 14 years and over: adult price.
How to pay: bank transfer or secure online card payment. Payment details are included with your quotation. Your booking is confirmed once we have sent written confirmation and received your deposit. Read our full booking & cancellation terms.
