Day-by-day itinerary
Day 2
our safari begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Mombasa, followed by a drive to Tsavo East National Park, one of Kenya's largest and most spectacular wildlife destinations. After entering the park, enjoy a game drive across its expansive savannah plains, searching for the famous red elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, antelopes, and a variety of bird species. The park's distinctive red soil and open landscapes provide excellent opportunities for wildlife photography. Enjoy lunch at a safari lodge or designated dining location before continuing with your afternoon game drive, exploring more of the park's wildlife-rich areas. Later, proceed to your accommodation for dinner and relaxation as you prepare for the next day's adventure.

Day 2: , Taita Hills Conservancy Full Day Game Drives
Day 4
After breakfast, depart Tsavo East and drive towards Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, a beautiful conservation area known for its rolling hills, woodland habitats, and diverse wildlife. Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive through the sanctuary, looking out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, antelopes, and, with some luck, lions and other predators. Enjoy lunch before continuing your wildlife exploration in the afternoon. Later, arrive at the remarkable Salt Lick Safari Lodge, an iconic lodge built on elevated stilts overlooking a waterhole that attracts wildlife throughout the day and night. Settle into your room and enjoy the unique experience of watching animals gathering at the waterhole from the lodge's viewing areas. Dinner is served at the lodge, followed by an overnight stay surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.

Wake up early for a morning game drive in Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, when wildlife is often more active and the cooler conditions offer excellent opportunities for photography. Explore the sanctuary's scenic tracks in search of elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and other wildlife as your professional driver-guide helps you discover the area's natural beauty. Return to Salt Lick Safari Lodge for breakfast before checking out. Depending on the schedule, enjoy a final opportunity to observe wildlife around the lodge's famous waterhole before beginning your return journey to Mombasa. Arrive at your beach hotel or another agreed drop-off point in the afternoon, marking the end of your memorable three-day safari.
