Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a representative from Javiva Adventures. After assistance with your luggage, you will be transferred to your luxury hotel in Nairobi. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy some leisure time relaxing at the hotel or exploring the city. In the evening, enjoy dinner and prepare for your exciting Kenyan safari adventure.

Day 2: Nairobi

Maasai Mara National Reserve

After an early breakfast, depart Nairobi and journey towards the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Enjoy scenic views of the Great Rift Valley along the way, with opportunities for photography stops. Arrive at your luxury safari camp in time for lunch and check-in. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive across the magnificent Mara plains, searching for lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife. Return to camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Hot Air Balloon Safari, Full-Day Game Drives and Maasai Village Visit

Rise before sunrise for an unforgettable hot air balloon safari over the Maasai Mara. Experience the breathtaking beauty of the African wilderness from above as the first rays of sunlight illuminate the savannah, rivers and wildlife below. Following your flight, enjoy a celebratory bush breakfast in the wilderness.

Continue with game drives exploring different sections of the reserve in search of the Big Five and other fascinating wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch before proceeding with your afternoon wildlife exploration.

Later in the afternoon, visit a traditional Maasai village to experience the community's rich cultural heritage, traditional dances, customs, homesteads and way of life. Return to your luxury camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Maasai Mara

Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, depart Maasai Mara for Lake Nakuru National Park, travelling through the scenic Great Rift Valley landscapes. Arrive at your luxury lodge in time for lunch and check-in. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive through this beautiful wildlife sanctuary, renowned for its endangered black and white rhinos, Rothschild's giraffes, buffaloes and abundant birdlife. Explore the park's beautiful acacia woodlands and lakeside scenery while looking out for lions and leopards. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru

Lake Naivasha Boat Safari and Crescent Island

Enjoy breakfast before departing Lake Nakuru for Lake Naivasha. Upon arrival, proceed to your luxury lakeside resort for lunch and check-in. In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic boat safari on Lake Naivasha, where you can observe hippos resting in the water and numerous bird species, including African fish eagles, pelicans and cormorants.

After the boat experience, proceed to Crescent Island for a guided walking safari. After an early breakfast, depart for Hell's Gate National Park, one of Kenya's most unique wildlife destinations. Enjoy an exciting cycling experience through the park's scenic landscapes, surrounded by towering cliffs, dramatic rock formations and open grasslands. Look out for zebras, giraffes, gazelles, buffaloes and various bird species along the way.

Continue with a guided nature walk through the spectacular gorge area, where you can appreciate the park's fascinating geological features and natural scenery. Following your Hell's Gate experience, depart for Amboseli National Park, arriving at your luxury lodge in the evening. Enjoy dinner and overnight.

Tsavo West National Park

After breakfast, depart Amboseli and journey towards Tsavo West National Park. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes before arriving at your luxury safari lodge in time for lunch and check-in.

In the afternoon, embark on a game drive through Tsavo West's spectacular wilderness, characterized by volcanic hills, open plains and dramatic natural scenery. Visit the spectacular Shetani Lava Flows, an impressive volcanic landscape formed by ancient volcanic activity. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness or return to your lodge, depending on your preferred arrangements. Spend the afternoon exploring more of the park, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife encounters. Return to your luxury lodge for dinner and your final overnight in the African wilderness.

Nairobi / Departure

Enjoy an early breakfast before checking out and beginning your return journey to Nairobi. Enjoy the beautiful Kenyan countryside along the way as you reflect on your unforgettable safari experiences. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international departure flight or dropped off at your preferred Nairobi hotel.
